The Miami Super Bowl Host Committee is proud to close the NFL’s 100th Season by hosting Super Bowl LIV. This is a record-breaking eleventh Super Bowl to be hosted in Miami! In 2020, our city will be on a global stage showcasing our rich and diverse culture and beautiful landscapes. There are a number of ways to support Super Bowl LIV but the most rewarding way is by volunteering. Help us show the world how incredible it is to live, work and play here!
Volunteers will be face greeting thousands of visitors upon their arrival in Miami!
VOLUNTEER ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be high energy, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable of South Florida region
- Guest service orientated
- Willing to be flexible and help in all areas
All volunteers will act as a Super Bowl LIV ambassador. We will have a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the South Florida region, including Downtown Miami, Miami Beach Convention Center, South Florida airports, various hotels, transportation hubs, fan events, and more!
- Now: Complete volunteer application
- Fall 2019: Complete an in-person interview
- Fall 2019: Attend mandatory orientation
- January 2020: Attend mandatory role-specific training session
- January 25 - February 2, 2020: Volunteer at a minimum of three shifts, which range 4-6 hours in length
- Volunteer Uniform Kit, including jacket, polo, backpack, hat, water bottle, and more!
- Special giveaways and gifts exclusive to the volunteers
- Be part of a once in lifetime opportunity to represent Miami during this historic event
PLEASE NOTE: Volunteers will not receive tickets to the Super Bowl. In addition, we will not require any volunteer support inside Hard Rock Stadium on Super Bowl Sunday.
Frequently Asked Questions
During the 7-days leading up to Super Bowl LIV, we will welcome thousands of guests to South Florida. Some of our guests will be visiting Miami for the first time and we want to make sure it is not their last. Our Volunteer team will often be the first point of contact for visitors and their friendly source of information.
All volunteers will act as a Super Bowl LIV ambassador. We will have a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the South Florida region, including Downtown Miami, Miami Beach Convention Center, South Florida airports, various hotels, transportation hubs, fan events, and more! No matter what your role may be, you will be representing the Miami Super Bowl Host Committee as we welcome visitors from around the world.
In February 2020, Miami will welcome thousands of football fans to our region. As a volunteer, you have an opportunity to represent South Florida during this historic event. The Super Bowl is the largest stage in American sports with a world-wide viewing audience and hosting this event is a rare opportunity. In addition to being a part of history, each volunteer will receive a custom-designed uniform!
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to complete the application.
Due to the scale of the program, we cannot guarantee that you will be in the same role as your friend/family. We will ask all applicants to specify their preferences as to where they would like to volunteer. While we will take this information into consideration when assigning roles, we cannot make any guarantees.
After the completion of the online application, every applicant must complete an in-person interview. Volunteers will be selected based on enthusiasm, volunteer experience and dedication to service. Once selected, volunteers must pass a criminal background check in order to participate.
The Miami Super Bowl Host Committee requires a background check to ensure the safety and security of all volunteers and guests.
We will not have any volunteer opportunities inside Hard Rock Stadium on Super Bowl Sunday.
Every volunteer will be required to complete a minimum of three shifts during January 25th – February 2nd, 2020. The shifts range between 4-6 hours in length.

We welcome everyone to apply and have no restrictions where you live. To apply, you will need to provide either your social security number, non-US passport number, or applicable Visa number.
If you do travel to volunteer, you will be responsible for your own accommodations and travel expenses. Please note, there are a number of events you must attend, in order to volunteer, including your in-person interview and applicable training sessions.
